Banana Coconut Almond Butter Shake

For one of those days when you just want something sweet. The Banana Coconut Almond Butter Shake is a wonderful dessert drink that you simply must try!  Words just can’t do it justice…

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked to soften

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • cinnamon powder, 1 shake

 Method:

Add all ingredients, except coconut oil, to blender.  Process until smooth, then add coconut oil and blend well. For an equally delicious variation, try adding 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder.
