The raw vegetable bowl contains an abundance of fresh vegetables, filling and nutritious plant-based protein, healthy fats, and delicious spices.
There are also many variations to this dish, which make it a quick and easy go-to meal.
Remember it’s best to just keep it simple — it’s healthier for you and your body!
I put this meal together in about 5 minutes with vegetables that I had on hand — you can’t beat that for days when you’re either too busy or too tired to even think about fixing a big meal, or even when you’re not. Since I used only a good knife, cutting board, and a couple of measuring devices, cleanup took about the same amount of time.
Items Needed: knife, cutting board, measuring spoons & cups
