Chocolate Chia Pudding and Pomegranate

This quick and easy chia pudding dessert recipe is not only delicious, but also loaded with nutrition. Chia seeds are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. Pomegranate offers anti-cancer and immune support, and also helps to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and other cardiac risk factors. 

Equipment : blender


  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 ½ cups purified water
  • ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ripe pomegranate, cut open and seeded

Method : Blend first 5 ingredients together until smooth & creamy, and transfer to a bowl. Add chia seeds and stir. Wait 15 minutes. Stir again. Divide between two small bowls and top with pomegranate seeds. Serves 2.
